August 5, 2009 15 million numbers !
This week we assigned the 15 millionth iNum number !
We have been quiet on this blog for the last couple months, but nonetheless actively working on supporting the growing iNum user base and preparing for the launch of some exciting features (more to come on that later).
The iNum reachability is also increasing month after month and a first incumbent operator has opened up its network to iNum — an important first step towards global reach.

Bonjour,
merci
Très Cordialement Khaled

@Khaled
At this time we try to maintain that information on the ‘iNum partners’ page however it is not easy to keep this list up to date given the vast amount of public networks worldwide.
We are therefore thinking to move towards a wiki-based format where endusers worldwide can update the reachability list based on their experience.
Users can definitely help accelerating the iNum reachability by calling iNum numbers from a few networks and thereafter reach out to their helpdesk if the call fails.
The more endusers show their need to reach iNum numbers, the faster the incumbents will open up

Great News!
But why only 45 country access number?
All the country on the world must have on “access number”.

bonjour,

hello,
I would appreciate a copy of the approval iNum provided by the ITU. I searched the site http://www.itu.int but I have not found. I wish to use it as an argument with my phone company to prove that iNum phone number that I can not reach is well recognized by the ITU.
I would also use this authorization to prepare a sample letter of complaint which I will circulate to my contacts to do the same.
Thank you to those who try to help me go through with my idea.
Very cordially Khaled
