I had been using gmail chat to call my inum number for last several months but since last week I no longer see my inum number online (i.e. a green dot in front of it on my gmail chat contacts list) and can therefore not call my inum number. My inum number (883510004XXXXXX) is from voxalot.com and I have an ATA that registers with this voxalot account. The ATA is working and I can make outgoing calls using this same voxalot account. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I also tried to add the same inum number on a different gmail account’s chat contact list. I got a mail delivery email with the following message:
    ——————————————————————————————
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    8835100XXXXXXXX@inum.net

    Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table (state 14).

I added my iNum to my Google Talk, and i see it as online and available for calls. However, when I call it my inum-phone (@callcentric.com) does not ring too…

This works – only issue is the caller id goes “anonymous” causing the call to be rejected in many systems. Nice if the gmail id of the caller is set as caller id for incoming call.
